With over 10 years of industry experience, we're passionate about sport and the power of it. Offering activities for all ages and abilities, from beginners to experts, we take pride in our diverse range of options and as a family-run business, we're dedicated to serving the local community.

Inspire: One of our key goals is to inspire individuals, particularly young people, through sport and the role-models that we work with, to achieve excellence.

Interactivity.: LGA designs and delivers interactive educational experiences that are tailored to the needs and interests of the people it works with.
Growth.: These experiences include workshops, mentoring sessions, and other educational activities designed to provide young people with the knowledge, skills, & confidence they need to succeed.

Louis Gladstone Annan
Founding Director & Lead practitioner

Louis brings over 10 years of expertise as a youth sports coach. Specialising in youth development and mentoring, he is a PhD candidate studying the influence of sports programs on preventing youth street gang involvement. Additionally, he leads an innovative project funded by Sport England, working towards diversifying elite sports in the UK.
Brenda Annan
Head of Administration & Safeguarding lead

Brenda brings over 10 years of experience working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults. With a background in disability sports coaching and as a 'Functional Assessor' for adults, Brenda excels in supporting diverse clients and customers, offering assistance in multiple languages.
Ade Adeniran

Basketball coach, Mentor & Physical Literacy specialist

Ade is a basketball coach and physical literacy specialist who has recently graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in business and accounting. Despite his business background, Ade's passion for basketball and athletic development led him to pursue a career in coaching. Additionally, he provides mentoring to young men involved in the criminal justice system through workshops and sports-based programs in prisons.
